2 fake REFY stores sell its range at 65% off, using REFY's own product photos

The hoodie photo is REFY's file, down to the pixel size

Almost every product address matches REFY's. refybeautycare.shop/products/lip-blush mirrors refybeauty.com/products/lip-blush, and so do Face Sculpt, Blur Liner, the Duo Brush and the merch range. The stores even list REFY's hoodie, tote bag and hair clips, plus a few bundles no longer in REFY's current catalogue.

The photos came with the product data. The Lip Blush, Face Sculpt and hoodie images on both stores are REFY's product shots, at image-hash distances of 2 or less out of 192. The hoodie files are even the same 1,800 × 2,710 pixels. The one photo that wasn't identical, a Blur Liner shot on refybeautystore.shop, was a near match.

The policies contradict each other. refybeautycare.shop promises 'Free Worldwide Shipping on All Orders' at the top of every page, while its shipping page charges $5.95 to $25.00. Both stores promise a 30-day return window with prepaid return labels.

34 AliExpress listings went up in 7 weeks

AliExpress was the busiest channel. A REFY search returned 34 lip gloss listings using the name, often padded with 'Hot Brand REFY' or 'Fashion REFY', and one spelling 'Lip Blame'. The photos show white tubes with metal-tipped applicators and REFY-branded boxes, and several use REFY shade names: Blush, Rosewood, Dusk, Taupe, Fawn and Sepia. Most cost $1.09 to $1.74 against 'original' prices around $14.60. REFY sells its Lip Gloss for $20 in the US. None of the AliExpress photos we checked matched REFY's product shots, so these sellers appear to use their own images.

On eBay, 19 listings from 13 accounts follow one template, 'NIB 100% Authentic REFY [product], [size], [number] colors', at $19 to $27 with free delivery. Several photos share the overlay text 'NIB 100% Authentic' and 'Available in 6 shades'. Two accounts use the identical lip liner photo, and two others the identical brow tint photo. The two lip liner accounts, both opened in August 2026, share at least 10 listing photos, several of them REFY's own campaign shots from refybeauty.com (image-hash distance 3 and 7 out of 192). Both give the brand as 'Unbranded' in their item details. Most accounts have zero to five feedback ratings. We bought nothing and cannot say whether these products are genuine. One title template and shared photos across new accounts still warrant a check.

Google's image index also showed REFY product names and photos on at least 15 unrelated websites, including a dental clinic, a packaging manufacturer, a street-food festival and a flight school. Most showed their normal pages or an error when we visited. That is what we see when legitimate websites are compromised to host shop pages.

No orders placed, and 15 Amazon listings to review

We placed no orders with the two stores or any marketplace seller, so we cannot say what a buyer would receive. AliExpress showed a robot check on individual listings and eBay blocked our automated page loads. The marketplace details come from search results and listing data: titles, prices, sold counts, listing dates and photos.

On Amazon, 15 REFY listings come from third-party sellers we could not match to the brand. Eight bundle a REFY item with a 'bonus' sheet mask or acne patches from another brand, and several sit well above REFY's US price: the Eye Balm bundle is $43.95 against REFY's $24. That is a pricing and brand-control issue for REFY to review. We found no evidence these listings are fakes. Among other lookalike domains, refymakeup.com shows a closed Shopify store and refybeautysale.com, registered in April 2026, has no website. Neither was selling anything when we checked.
