A fake Respire private sale lists 96 products at half price, with Respire's own terms
Two fake Respire stores were live when we checked. respire-france-ventes-privees.com, registered on 11 September 2026, lists 96 Respire products at roughly half price. respirecosmetics.shop, first captured in May, cuts 49 products by 65%. Both use Respire's own product photographs. We reached them by following 22 registered lookalike domains through a public scan archive and search results. Most of the 22 were parked, for sale or owned by unrelated businesses that share the word. Seven were registered since March 2026, and three of those were already on hold at their registrar.

Respire's €11.90 stick, crossed out and halved
respire.co leads with its new Hydrate range, three blue bottles (Crème, Gel Crème, Fluide SPF), and a plain menu: Nos soins, Diagnostic de peau, A propos, Pharmacie. The Déodorant stick Fleur de Coton costs €11.90.
respire-france-ventes-privees.com centres the same respire wordmark in its header, under a scrolling banner: VENTES PRIVÉES RESPIRE : JUSQU'À -50 % DE RÉDUCTION. A box promises private-sale prices for 24 hours. The same stick is €5.90, down from €11.90, with a Ventes Privées | STOCK LIMITÉS label and a delivery timeline that starts the day you visit. The terms of sale are Respire's own, down to the company details and the hello@respire.co returns address.
The discount is Respire's own price list, printed as the crossed-out original and cut in half.
What we caught
The domain was registered on 11 September 2026, and its product feed lists 96 Respire products created that same day, each at roughly half price with Respire's real price as the crossed-out original. 91 of the 96 product web addresses match pages on respire.co.
A French-language store priced in dollars, with 91 Respire products. 49 carry a -65% badge, such as the Sérum Glow & Protect at $11.42 against Respire's €27.90. Its contact page gives an address at respire.com, which is not Respire's domain.
Both stores serve Respire's own packshots. Their images of the Déodorant stick Fleur de Coton, Sérum Glow & Protect, Masque Stick Booster Éclat and Gelée Active Nettoyante sit at a combined image-hash distance of 0 from the official files: the same photographs.
Seven unrelated websites were indexed with titles built from Respire product copy, such as Duo SOS Bonne Mine, followed by internal skin-profile tags from Respire's own catalogue. The two we opened showed their normal business homepage.
The evidence

Left: respire.co at €11.90. Right: respire-france-ventes-privees.com at €5.90, with €11.90 crossed out and a stock-limited label.

96 products, each with an Économisez badge and Respire's price as the crossed-out original.

A Trending Now row of -65% badges. The roll-on Fleur de Coton is $4.46; Respire sells it for €10.90.

Respire's packshot and the images on both fake stores. The image hashes match exactly.

respirestore.shop, respirefrance.com and respirestore.com, as captured by a public scan archive. All three are now offline or on hold.
One private-sale banner, three domains since June
The lookalikes fall into two groups. The first is a private-sale template. respirefrance.com, registered on 22 June 2026, was captured three days later as RESPIRE FRANCE with the same VENTES PRIVÉES RESPIRE banner. respire-store.com, registered on 29 June, was captured the next day as RESPIRE STORE with the same banner and pop-up. Neither loads now. respire-france-ventes-privees.com is the latest in the series. This group shares a registrar and the same type of name servers, and respireshop.com, registered on 23 July, fits the pattern but showed only a store-unavailable page.
The second group uses a different store builder. respirestore.shop was captured on 24 March 2026, the day it was registered, with Respire's bathroom-sink campaign photo, a Welcome to Our Store headline and a What Our Customers Say block. respirecosmetics.shop, first captured on 13 May, uses the same photo and layout, now in French, with three short reviews signed with a first name and surname and a -65% Trending Now row. respirestore.shop has since been put on hold by its registrar. respirecosmetics.shop was still live when we checked.
Domains die in weeks, the catalogue survives
Most of these domains died fast. respirestore.com was registered on 7 July 2026 and captured the same day as a respire store with a summer-sale banner and a Vanille Tonka deodorant hero. It is now on client hold; its registration record was last updated on 17 July. respire.beauty, registered on 30 April, and respirestore.shop are on hold too. respirecofrance.store, registered on 10 August, was captured two days later with the page title respire and now returns a blocked-host error.
The catalogues show their source. Both live stores use Respire's own product addresses, leftovers included, such as dentifrice-blancheur-naturelle-tmp and soin-flash-boutons-tmp. At least 214 of the 517 image files on respire-france-ventes-privees.com keep respire.co's exact file names. respirecosmetics.shop also lists products Respire no longer shows, such as its solid shampoos, which suggests it copied an older version of the catalogue.
Respire's catalogue tags on 7 hacked sites
An exact-image search on Respire's product photos, plus a search for the catalogue's internal tags, found seven unrelated websites indexed with Respire pages. Their titles mix product names like Kit Déodorant & Protection SPF Quotidienne with tags like diag_group--profil-TNF from Respire's own catalogue. Opened directly, the two we captured showed their normal homepage, so we could not see where search visitors are sent. We report the other five from the search index only.
The marketplaces were quiet. Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu and eBay returned respirator masks, breathing aids and books. On Amazon.fr, Respire deodorants were listed at or above Respire's own prices; we did not check who the sellers were and saw no sign of cut-price copies. Most other image matches were pharmacy and parapharmacy pages, which we did not treat as abuse.
How to shut it down
The takedown plan, step by step, built from the evidence above.
Archive both live stores now
Save respire-france-ventes-privees.com and respirecosmetics.shop, including product feeds, prices and the copied terms of sale, with DNS and registration records.
Send Shopify the copied catalogue
respire-france-ventes-privees.com runs on Shopify. Report the catalogue, terms and matching photographs, with the earlier private-sale stores as context.
Cite the 3 sister domains already on hold
Report both live domains to their registrars, noting that respirestore.com, respirestore.shop and respire.beauty are already on hold. File copyright notices for the photographs with respirecosmetics.shop's host.
Watch every new 'respire' registration
New Respire domains have appeared every few weeks since March. Monitor registrations containing respire, and report the hijacked pages to the search engine as spam.
Returns go to hello@respire.co
The newest store invented nothing. Respire's catalogue supplied the products, the photos, the prices to cross out and the terms of sale. Those terms send returns to hello@respire.co, so a shopper unhappy with a €5.90 stick from this store is pointed straight at Respire.
The domains change every few weeks, and several are already switched off. The private-sale banner, the product addresses and the photographs stay the same, which makes the next copy easier to catch.
