3 fake Clémence & Vivien stores sell its gift card at 65% off, from $3.50

Three live .shop stores trade under Clémence & Vivien's exact name. Each carries 71 to 73 products, almost all under the brand's own product web addresses, and all three sell its gift card at 65% off. The French natural cosmetics brand mostly sells at €5 to €20, which has not kept it off the list. Certificate records show four .shop domains on its name, all registered in 2026: clemenceetvivienhq.shop, clemenceetvivienbrand.shop and clemenceetvivienbeauty.shop are live, and clemenceetvivienshop.shop has been suspended by its registry. The three live stores share a storefront template, a stylesheet file and a hosting network.

Same bottle, same clinical claim, $6.93

On clemenceetvivien.com, the Lait corps hydratant page shows the Clémence & Vivien wordmark, a 400 ml pump bottle with a peach label, 70 reviews and a price of €16.90.

clemenceetvivienhq.shop shows the same wordmark, bottle, product name and French description, down to the brand's clinical claim of '+84% d'hydratation après 1h'. The price is $6.93, next to an 'Original' $19.80 and a -65% label. Its main photo for this product is the brand's own file, at an image-hash distance of 0. That is the source of the 100% match on this page.

The 'original' price on the fake store is Clémence & Vivien's own price in dollars. The 65% comes off that.

What we caught

01 · 65% off all 71 productsclemenceetvivienhq.shop

Registered on 17 May 2026. Every one of its 71 products is 65% off. The 'original' prices are the brand's euro prices converted to dollars, so the Lait corps hydratant shows $6.93 against $19.80. Clémence & Vivien charges €16.90.

02 · 73 products in 12 secondsclemenceetvivienbrand.shop

The domain was registered at 19:48:29 UTC on 19 July 2026. Its product sitemap dates all 73 products between 19:48:39 and 19:48:41. 33 of the 72 items we matched are 65% off; the rest carry the brand's own prices, relabelled in dollars.

03 · Brand gift card from $3.50All three stores

Each store lists the 'Carte cadeau Clémence & Vivien' at 65% off. On clemenceetvivienbrand.shop it starts at $3.50 for options of €10 to €100, and the copied text says it works on clemenceetvivien.com.

04 · Its own photos, hash-matchedProduct images

All six Lait corps hydratant photos on two of the stores match the brand's files, two of them at an image-hash distance of 0. On clemenceetvivienhq.shop, the main photo of at least 44 of 70 products matches one of the brand's images.

One kit built all three stores

The three live stores load an identical stylesheet file and share one page layout. Two show the same 'What Our Customers Say' block with the same three reviewer names. Two claim '10,000+ happy customers', '500+ products' and '50+ countries', though each has only 71 to 73 products. All three resolve to the same hosting network. Three of the four domains used the same registrar, and the fourth shares name servers with two of them. That fourth, clemenceetvivienshop.shop, was registered on 14 May 2026 and is now on registry hold.

The catalogues went up as soon as the domains existed. clemenceetvivienhq.shop was registered at 04:29 UTC on 17 May 2026, and its sitemap dates every product between 04:34 and 04:36 that morning. clemenceetvivienbrand.shop's 73 products are dated within 12 seconds of its registration on 19 July 2026. clemenceetvivienbeauty.shop was registered at 00:33:47 UTC on 22 July 2026, and its 73 products are dated 10 to 11 seconds later. Timings like these point to an automated build, though sitemap dates alone can't prove when a page first went live. Each store also lists one item missing from the brand's current public catalogue, a summer kit or a sun supplement. We could not confirm whether these are older Clémence & Vivien products.

Pricing varies by store. clemenceetvivienhq.shop marks all 71 products 65% off, at around 41% of the brand's euro price. clemenceetvivienbrand.shop discounts 33 of the 72 items we matched and shows the brand's own prices, in dollars, on the rest. clemenceetvivienbeauty.shop advertises 'up to 70% off' but discounts only 11 of its 72 matched items. The others cost about 14% more than at Clémence & Vivien, roughly the euro price converted to dollars. The Crème légère désaltérante is one of the discounted 11, at $5.54 against the brand's €13.90.

Complaints go to the brand, or to nowhere

None of the contact details lead to the people running the stores. clemenceetvivienhq.shop lists a support address on clmencevivien.com, the brand's name with one letter missing. That domain was unregistered when we checked, so mail sent there is unlikely to arrive. clemenceetvivienbrand.shop gives a support address on clemenceetvivien.com, the brand's real domain. A complaint sent there would reach Clémence & Vivien, if the address exists, and never the shop that took the order. clemenceetvivienbeauty.shop names itself after a well-known payment service in its page title, About page and support address, a sign of a carelessly filled template.

The gift card is the clearest risk. Clémence & Vivien issues its cards as codes for use on its own site. The clones sell them at 65% off, and the copied description still says the card works on clemenceetvivien.com. We placed no order, so we cannot say what a buyer receives. We entered no personal or payment details on any of the stores.

Marketplaces clean, 14 hijacked pages in search

Marketplaces were mostly quiet. Alibaba, AliExpress and Temu returned unrelated products. On eBay, a few small sellers listed single Clémence & Vivien items, such as soaps, a balm and a face oil, at prices close to the brand's, and we found nothing to suggest they are fakes. Exact-image search on the brand's product photos returned many listings across European Amazon sites. Some are multipacks priced above the brand: a three-pack of the 50 ml balm costs €26.90 on Amazon France, against €6.50 each on the brand's site. We could not match these sellers to the brand, and found no evidence they sell anything but genuine stock.

Image search also surfaced 14 pages on unrelated websites, from small businesses to institutions, carrying Clémence & Vivien photos in search results. Ten used the brand's product names in their search titles, such as 'Masque fraîcheur hydratant - Clémence et Vivien'. We are not naming them. A sweep of more than 300 other name and extension combinations found no further stores, only a few parked domains. TikTok and ad library searches failed during this scan, so social channels are not covered.

How to shut it down

The takedown plan, step by step, built from the evidence above.

1

Archive all 3 stores now

Save the product sitemaps, prices, gift card pages and DNS records for clemenceetvivienhq.shop, clemenceetvivienbrand.shop and clemenceetvivienbeauty.shop before they move or go offline.

2

Report the 3 stores as one operation

They share a template, a stylesheet file, a registrar and a hosting network. Send one report to each provider with the identical photos and copied product pages attached.

3

Check gift card codes and your inbox

Look for discounted gift card codes presented on clemenceetvivien.com, and for messages from the clones' customers in your support inbox. Either tells you people have already been caught.

4

Watch for the next .shop name

So far the domains add 'hq', 'brand', 'beauty' or 'shop' to your exact name on .shop. Track new registrations like these, and any new store that copies your product addresses.

Your catalogue, your prices, minus 65%

These stores designed nothing. The wordmark, product names, descriptions, clinical claims and photos all come from Clémence & Vivien's site. Even the prices are the brand's, converted to dollars and cut. A shopper who pays gets a store that looks right and a support address that leads to a dead domain or to the brand itself.

On two of the stores, the whole catalogue is dated 10 to 12 seconds after registration. At that speed, a new store can go up as fast as an old one comes down. Track the template and the copied catalogue as well as the domain names.
