2 fake Joone stores sell its €8.90 organic nappy cream for $3.15

Two working stores, jooneshop.shop and joonestore.shop, sell Joone's range under the Joone Paris logo at 65% to 70% off. They turned up among 11 registered or live lookalike domains in our sweep for Joone, the French maker of nappies and organic baby care. An exact-image search on Joone's product photos then led to a third, multi-brand discount store listing 50 Joone products with Joone's own photos, descriptions and internal tags. We viewed each checkout but placed no order.

Same tube, same zebra, 70% off

On joone.fr, La crème de change certifiée bio sits on a plain studio page: the white tube with its green zebra, 67 reviews, claims such as certified organic by Ecocert and made in France, and an add-to-basket button at €8.90.

jooneshop.shop uses the Joone Paris wordmark, the same zebra packshot and the same description, word for word. Its shop runs to nine pages of Joone products, most with a red -70% badge. Some are items Joone only offers as add-ons to a subscription order, such as 1 Lange dans ma prochaine commande, sold here on their own for $7.04.

The store didn't photograph a single product. It copied Joone's catalogue down to the collections Joone uses for its own shipping rules.

What we caught

01 · Joone's packshot, hash distance 3jooneshop.shop

The store's photo of La crème de change, Joone's certified organic nappy cream, matches the official packshot at a combined image-hash distance of 3, where 0 means identical. Ingredient charts and certification badges load straight from Joone's own image server.

02 · €8.90 cream, $3.15 at checkoutCheckout

jooneshop.shop lists the nappy cream at $10.50, marks it down 70% and totals it at $3.15 with free shipping. The same 75 ml tube costs €8.90 on joone.fr. The checkout defaults to the United States and charges in US dollars.

03 · Joone's internal collections, left inCollections

Both stores show collection filters named Joone DataLayer, OneOffs and shippingRates_trialKit. On Joone's own store these internal collections run tracking and shipping rules and are hidden from shoppers. Their presence suggests the catalogue was copied from Joone's store.

04 · Stocked the day it went liveInfrastructure

jooneshop.shop's first security certificate was issued on 17 April 2026, and its product records were created that same afternoon. joonestore.shop repeated the pattern on 3 June 2026. Both resolve to the same hosting network behind Cloudflare.

jooneshop.shop About page describing JOONE as a contemporary fashion brand
jooneshop.shop · about

The template's About page calls Joone a contemporary fashion brand. Joone makes nappies and baby care.

Multi-brand store

Joone's SPF 50+ face cream at €12.41, with Joone's own €21.90 price crossed out. Store name and contact details blurred.

The template thinks Joone sells dresses

joonestore.shop is the same kit under a different banner. It advertises up to 70% off, discounts most items by 65%, and adds collections such as OP VIADUC, another internal Joone collection. Both stores show struck-through dollar prices 16% to 18% above Joone's euro prices, for example $29.37 and $28.98 for a short-sleeved baby bodysuit Joone sells for €24.90.

Both About pages describe JOONE as a contemporary fashion house selecting noble fabrics, and the homepage reviews on both praise a dress: Ma robe tombe parfaitement. Both list support@joone.com as the only contact, so a customer with a complaint would be writing to the real brand. Neither names a company or an address. The .shop registry returned no registration records during our checks, so the dates above come from certificate logs and the stores' own product records.

50 discount listings carry Joone's own tags

The image search found Joone's travel-size liniment and SPF 50+ face cream photos on a French-language discount shop registered on 25 July 2026, with 16,702 products across many beauty and sun-care brands. 50 of those listings carry tags copied from Joone's own store, such as joonecharge-upsell, CRM_collection_femme and greenweez. Their images were uploaded in July 2026 under the same file names Joone uses on its own image server.

Prices run at roughly half of Joone's. La crème de change appears at €4.28 and €4.55 in two duplicate listings, and the SPF 50+ face cream shows Joone's own €21.90 crossed out above €12.41. The footer still carries a delivery promise in Danish, priced in kroner, left over from another site.

Marketplaces and social came back mostly clean

Most image-search matches were legitimate: French pharmacies, parapharmacies and baby retailers that stock Joone. On Joom, two listings for Joone nappies used Joone's photos; the one we opened was sold out. Amazon returned one Joone moisturising milk listing on amazon.fr with no seller data we could match to the brand. eBay, Alibaba, AliExpress and Temu returned unrelated products with similar names. Our social media and ad checks found nothing.

The image search also flagged Joone product titles on five unrelated websites, from small businesses to institutions, at numbered addresses typical of hacked pages. None showed Joone content when we opened them, so we report them from the search index only. Most remaining lookalike domains were parked or unrelated. joone.store, registered on 24 September 2026, shows a registrar placeholder and stays on watch.

How to shut it down

The takedown plan, step by step, built from the evidence above.

1

Archive both stores and the 50 listings

Save product pages, collection filters, checkout pages and certificate records for jooneshop.shop and joonestore.shop, plus the 50 Joone-tagged listings on the multi-brand store, before they move.

2

Lead with the internal collections

Joone DataLayer and shippingRates_trialKit exist only on your own store. Put them in every notice, next to the matching photos, as evidence the catalogue was copied.

3

Send notices to registrars and Cloudflare

File copyright and trademark notices with the domain registrars and with Cloudflare, which fronts both .shop stores, and with the multi-brand store's host for the copied listings.

4

Restrict hotlinking from your image server

Both .shop stores load ingredient charts and badges straight from Joone's image server. Restricting hotlinking would break those pages, and watching image requests from unknown domains can flag the next copy early.

An organic nappy cream for $3.15 is the warning sign

Each store was built in an afternoon, from a template that still thinks it sells dresses. Joone's own catalogue made them convincing, copied down to the collections Joone uses behind the scenes.

Parents see a certified organic nappy cream for $3.15 with free shipping. We did not order, so we cannot say what, if anything, would arrive. Any complaint goes to support@joone.com, on the real brand's domain.
