  4. confirm in writing that you have complied with these demands.

If we do not receive written confirmation of compliance by 9 October 2026, we will take further action without additional notice. This may include complaints to your hosting provider, domain registrar, payment processors, and marketplaces, and legal proceedings seeking an injunction, damages, and costs.

Nothing in this letter waives any of [Company]'s rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
